Dear sir madam ,i am extremely unhappy having spent 3 months with my broker to arrange a dept consolodation loan .i had passed all criteria and even had the id phonecall yesterday .after the call i was told i would recieve paperwork and loan would be completed . Would not recommend any other broker in Adelaide but Nathan and their team at Step1finance. When every other broker tried to put us through home start, Nathan appeared from the darkness and put us through an actual bank and saved us. Love the company. Absolute genuine advise and amazing work all the way. Honestly would recommend Nathan any day....
Went to my local credit union who I have been with for 20 years and they were completely useless and wouldn’t even lend me the equivalent of my equity.Had a family member recommended Nathan and the rest is history, what an amazing experience and was super qualified in helping us out with our investment loans. Nathan, Beth and their team have helped us numerous times gaining finance. We are WA based and rural however this had no effect on their service. We are also self employed and at times had tax debt but with strategies suggested by Step One we on seperate occasions got the finance we required. The tenacity shown by Nath and his team was outstanding. Highly recommended.
