Horrible customer service!! And I got my order shipped to lake Charles, I was sent the wrong size pants had no problem sending the pants back to receive what I ordered well turns out they was out of that size and sent what they had, when I spoke to the owner or whatever he wanna call himself he said “send our pants back and go work order from another company” like I live in New Orleans and just supposed to know who sells schools pants mind u i ordered in July around the 27th didn’t receive my order till today on top of the d... read more
Took 4 weeks to receive a damaged, crunched up hat. Shipped me a Crunched-up hat, and then they lied about refunding me the money it cost me to return their defective product. Customer service was nasty, combative, and dismissive for below-par product. I Do Not recommend this store to my worst enemy. This doesn't allow me to add photos, or I would.

Went for the second time today and they were not open. It says o line they open for 10. This is my second trip to the store and it's closed.
