I cannot stress enough how fantastic Joe and his team were with our recent move. We were moving out of a house with stairs and a very steep driveway, Joe had estimated it would take 5-7 hours but honestly we thought it would end up being closer to 8-9 hours. Fantastic service. Arrived exactly at the start of the hour window, had everything packed up within two hours from an apartment that only had a staircase. They did a drop to three different locations, and were gracious about the fact that the lift at the storage facility was broken, meaning another staircase to deal with. Very time efficient, lovely to work with, and I am very glad I used them for the move!

From the get go Joe was prompt to respond to my emails and get me booked in. His team rocked up on time and were extremely efficient through all stages of relocating my furniture. As someone who has always moved properties by myself I would definitely go back to Joe again.

I have used Step by Step twice now and they have been terrific both times. They were reliable, friendly, efficient and flexible. The second time the settlement of my house was delayed multiple times and they simply changed the booking to the new date. It was no trouble at all. I have already recommended them to friends and they will be my first choice if I ever need to move again.
