Really fantastic service from Step by Step. Joe was very easy to communicate with, answered calls when I had query’s and was very straight forward and thorough. The removalists who we had on the day of our move were truly exceptional. Arrived right at the time they were expected and were very friendly and polite. Joe and his team today, end June 2926, helped move my 76 yr old neighbour. The service was firstly friendly, efficient and a pleasure to watch. They laid mats down at the new place to minimise dirt, they packed and unpacked all items from the old house, cupboards etc into the new house.
Well worth hiring, Had a complicated move down a narrow set of stairs, the guys were able to get my heavy furniture down without issue, definitely will hire again, they were friendly and helpful too
