This is the 3rd time i have been to Step by Step for rehab. I return because of the professional plans, the encouragement and the atmosphere. They are nice people. I always leave better than I came in.
I have mixed feelings about PT at Step-By-Step. During each PT session all I did was repeat the exercises that I was completing at home. I don’t feel that I was being observed to see if progress was being made with the issue that I was enrolled in PT for. The staff was super nice but I just felt I could do at home what I was going to Step-By-Step for.
The team at Step by Step is great! They care about helping you get to a better level of comfort and function.
Michele Bauer and the Step by Step Staff were very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.
