I am happy with the progress of my Son in less than 1yr. He started July 2022 and was saying a few words. Now he speaks in full sentences and asks questions alot! We are so happy with his improvement! The staff is friendly and resolves issues in a speedy manner. I am sadden that they are no longer offering Aba services after April as my Son really enjoyed going. He has improved and we are happy! Thank you Step by Step. We are so glad to have found 'Dr. Liz'. Her office is a warm and welcoming - our son enjoyed the assessment process and I finally felt heard. Dr. Liz is beyond knowledgeable and she does a great job of assessing the whole child rather then just looking at one or two elements. The other members of the team including Charlene, Carmen and are exceptional and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to have these folks guide us during this transition.

Just stay away from them. They are most unprofessional service provider you could every imagine. Not only they are unprofessional but things get done in ridiculously slow speed. Regret the whole experience!!!
