Joel can be extremely disrespectful... he held my stuff hostage until I paid his stupid credit card transaction after he told me no fee on debit. This guy was so serious he really wanted his fee $1.50. I thought you were joking. I told him it wasn't right and I wouldn't come back. It wasn't about the money but him being so serious about $1.50 I felt embarrassed for him. I paid it no problem. He threatened to cancel my transaction but he couldn't do that either.
