I don't know Scott but I heard he is a beast in court. The reason for 1 star is because one of his legal assistants likes to talk about ongoing cases and even play recordings from conversations within the office to people that don’t even work at the firm. If you are using this firm, deal with Scott directly. So if you hire this firm, just be aware that your confidentiality has a chance of being violated
