I was referred to sten through a friend who had almost magically quit smoking overnight. I was a little hesitant as I had never been hypnotised before and wondered if I would be able to be hypnotised. Sten was easy going and explained everything to me, and after one session I quit smoking completely, actually it was fun. I would highly recommended sten to anyone who was interested in hypnotherapy as I was smoking between 30-40 smokes a day and quitting was easier than I ever expected. Thank you sten
