We indulged in a private sound bath in the salt cave with Donna. WOW, what a beautiful experience of relaxation, mindfulness and connection. Thank you for giving us the perfect opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in the healing power of salt and sound.
I love Modern Salt! I've gotten two massages there and they were both by far the best i've ever had. I've also used the salt room to boost my immune system especially before a flight. My girlfriends and i recently were there for a private guided meditation done by Donna and it was a magical experience! I'll be returning :)
Made an unexpected stop here today on my way home from the Cow Harbor 10k. My legs were aching on the drive home so I wanted to give them some rehab. Pam and Eve are so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful They both take the time to hear what’s going on and what you’re looking for. I had an amazing experience at the Stems N Stones wellness center. I am in town visiting some family and was in need of a recharge. Pam and Eve were the most welcoming hosts and made me feel relaxed with good energy and feeling anew walking out of my appointments. I wish I had some place near where I live like this. Will be coming back 100%!
