Like Tania below, I also purchased something from this store online, was charged for it, but the order never arrived. I tried contacted the store multiple times via Facebook, instagram and email with zero response. All I know is that the owners name is Kate and the fact her website is still up and running is completely unethical and against Australia consumer law if she charges the purchaser but doesn’t intend on for-filling the online orders.

I purchased something from this store online, was charged for it, but the order never arrived. I contacted the store multiple times and even went to Fair Trading who also had no response. I believe this business might have folded but the website is still 'selling' items.

A small shop selling Nordic products amongst other, and brands for home, fashion, decor, jewelry and so on. They have many lovely brands from around the Nordic countries like ittala, marimekko, g and so on. Staff are super friendly and helpful and prices are ok. Their line up is nice and I could spend a lot of money here ;-)

Thanks to the team at Stem! My online order arrived quickly and was beautifully wrapped and presented. Such a wonderful surprise with the additional inclusion of a gift that also detailed a local charity and their support for the community during this Lockdown and Covid period. This was my first order with Stem and I will certainly be a returning customer and recommend their business to others.
