Absolutely zero stars for this firm. Despite being a law firm, they couldn't even handle a simple discovery call properly. When I asked basic questions about their procedures, they didn't seem to know anything. On top of that, scheduling is a nightmare—it is incredibly difficult to get them on the phone, and they sent a last-minute cancellation request right before our scheduled call.
