Called and they said no appointments, walk-ins only. Website says they open at 10. Waited for about 30 minutes for them to show up late. Then, the agent says two UNMARRIED people living together HAVE to file together to get tax credits. Other agents begged to differ. Wasted about 40 minutes of precious tax season time.
I used this place last year on a friends recommendation. I will never use them again. Years prior I was getting good returns. Last year I was told that tax changes would not let me claim my charitable donations and property taxes. Well I found out that was untrue. Personally I feel the individual who did our taxes was not qualified to do them are just did not want to do them. I don’t recommend. Then to top it off, two years go by before I get a response.
