This company work hard, to trying to do the best settlement to help you! We got amazing agent Ashlee Tapia, she’s so nice, polite, answered your calls ASAP, she’s so good to explain about your claim and how there is going! Until now we are waiting the insurance company answered, but they are there all the time, to got it a deal!
They do not return phone calls in a timely fashion. My insurance company called them for information/photos and weeks later the calls have not been returned. They are horrible to deal with.

I highly recommend Stellar public adjusting. Drew and his assistant, Juanita are extremely professional, always available respond immediately and have done an outstanding job representing me in myinsurance claim.
Stellar Public Adjusting is working on my claims I didn't know I have rights to. So far, one claim is already approved, still I have two more claims they are working on it.
