I contacted this law office requesting a quote for conveyancing a condo we are selling. I clearly answered all the questions and requested information and informed Henry that it was an estate sale. He then provided us with a fee quote. I then confirmed I accepted the fee quote and forwarded proof of the Grant of Probate related to the estate sale.
