We hired Courtney to take photographs in Hillsborough of our mother in May for Mother's Day. It is now late July, almost 2 moths later, and we have not received the photos or heard back from Courtney. As we read in another review, we will also be forced to pursue legal action against her to receive our photos. We paid via Venmo so there is no ability to dispute the charge. I hired Cortney on November 25th to take newborn photos of our daughter in April 2024. Our communication leading up to the session was great, and we scheduled the photoshoot for the 29th when our daughter would be 10 days old. Cortney took the photos, but after that, we never heard from her again. It has been 12 weeks with no communication or images, which were supposed to be delivered around 3-6 weeks after our session.
