I have to go to st e business for dot physical because of health complications. Scheduling here is difficult to get someone on the phone and no way to schedule online. Getting st e business to coordinate with my other st elizbeth Dr's is difficult with them as well. They always say they have no access to my chart. Frustrating.
Go there for a drug testing sometimes for new employment when I find a new job. Most of the staff is rude, will act like I failed the drug test, when I never do, but they want to make people nervous, intimidated. And it doesn't have to be like all that. The doctor has always been pleasent, it's the other staff.
