Absolutely wonderful experience! We spent countless hours trying out what felt like dozens of pianos with our 15-year-old daughter. The team was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process and never rushing us. They truly listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect baby grand for our home. Since its delivery, it's been the heart of our house, with everyone playing and enjoying it daily. The team went above and beyond, and we can't recommend them highly enough. A solid 5 stars!

We are going on our second piano from the Steinway Piano Gallery. The first was an Essx upright which we traded up for a Boston Grand. We could not be happier with the piano. Being that the unit was off the showroom floor the first cosmetic issue was a true bummer. I contacted Corey, he addressed the issue quickly with no hassles. It's not just the service during the purchase it's the service after that holds lasting value.
I was looking for a piano that would help me through my journey as an adult in the first years of learning to play the piano. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us several options in our price range . We chose the Roland hp 702. It was delivered on time, sounds beautiful and looks elegant and neat in our living room. Very happy with our purchase!
