Beautiful venue!
I was skeptical at first, I really thought they would hot sell the more expensive pianos or have some sales tactics for inexperienced new students. I had so many questions because of the research I did prior to our appointments which already stressed me out. My entire appointment lasted about an hour and I went back before making my purchase just to confirm I made the right decision. Elite small concert hall in the belly of New York City. Form time to time you can hear the traffic and subway rumbling past. The showroom that you pass through on the way to the hall is very special.
Saw really cool pianos, got play one, and listen to the spirit self playing piano. Staff was friendly and helpful.
