Recepción muy amable sin sentirte incómodo por solo visitar. Pregunté si se permite tocar en algun piano, y tienen una sala al fondo que se permite tocar entre 5 y 10 minutos. Había un chico tocando y no esperamos ya que íbamos justos de tiempo para otras cosas. Solo visitamos la tienda por 5 minutos sin ningún impedimento. Muy amables, gracias.
As a former owner of a piano store and music Academy, I have to say I was completely appalled by my experience. My wife and I decided to visit our home state of New York, specifically New York City, one last time before moving abroad, and I had not seen the recently relocated location of Steinway Hall, so I wanted to check it out.
