My fiance and I walked through a store and were completely ignored. We may be twenty six years old, but you lost a $4, 500 sale.
Bought a kitchen table from Steinhafel's and within a few months the finish was wearing off. Contacted Steinhafel's and was told it was my fault the finish was flaking and that the table cannot be washed with water. I have never had a table that could not be washed before. Very disappointed in the quality.
