Terrible customer service. Had two Lazy Boy recliners delivered today. One the back won't stay up. Called and was told there was nothing they could do today. We are going out of town... it will be weeks before it can get fixed. We stayed in town longer just to get these recliners. As you can tell from the picture… the chair will not lock in the forward position. In response to Steinhafels reply. I went there with a good idea of what I wanted because I had shopped at various stores. I was pleased to have help to find what I was looking for with better quality and a price below my budget.
We had an amazing experience at Steinhafels. This is not my first experience buying from this store, but I have to admit it was the best! The salesperson as well as the manager were very accommodating. They went over and above our expectations!
