Bought a leather sofa less than a month ago—frame snapped under normal use. Customer service wanted $150 just to inspect it, then told me I could order parts and fix it myself. Store manager said I was “past the 15-day warranty period.” The product failed quickly, and the company’s service approach was frustrating and disappointing. I would recommend getting furniture elsewhere.
