I went to find a comfortable lift chair after having surgery and needed to sleep upright for a few weeks. I was very impressed with your sales woman NOELLE DRZEWIECKI. She was very kind and patient and informative. She helped me select the perfect chair for me that would fit all my needs. I would highly recommend Steinhoff in Crystal Lake. Our salesman, Sunny, was just the right amount of attentive. He answered all our questions. Did not do the high pressure sales tactics or follow us around constantly. He made the experience of shopping and buying at Steinhafels a good one. We will be shopping there again when the need arises.
