Noelle Drzewiecki (CL) was extremely helpful. I was working with a very limited amount of money. I had been shopping all day for a mattress and she was the only one who actually listened to what my needs were. She was more interested in what my needs were verses selling a mattress. For that reason I will buy one from Steinhafels.
First time trying Steinhafels. Huge store with a lot of choices ranging from affordable to really nice. Prices seem reasonable and service was great.
Sam greeted us as soon as we entered the store. He wasn’t pushy by any means. Offered help and answered any and all questions we had. We spent a good 2 hours in there before finally making a decision and he made it a quick and easy purchase. I’ve made a career in sales and this was by far my best experience as a customer. How Sam isn’t running a store yet is beyond me! Can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive!
Sonny was extremely knowledgeable and patient with the five hundred thousand questions my wife threw at him. Steinhafels offered a great experience between Sonny, the manager, and the rest of the staff who we encountered.
