Please do not go anywhere else! I shopped around and forgot about Steinhafels because I had never been. On the way to purchase cheaper, lower quality furniture I stopped in on a whim. Cameron met me shortly after arriving and listened intently to what I wanted. Wasn't pushy, didn't lead me to something I wasn't looking for, and brought my new home to exactly what I wanted. BEWARE OF THEIR VIP PROGRAM!!! Supposed to cover broken zipper..denied..Heat marks..denied. SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY. Shop elsewhere. I don’t remember this place. I bought a modular couch and chair from here, just under 2 months ago, along with warranty. When the furniture arrived 2 of the 4 pieces were damaged. The store replaced the 2 pieces the following week. When we put the 2 new pieces together the screws were already striped and did not fit, then when we got it together finally there were huge gaps between pieces making it so the cushions were too small for the couch. I'd give zero stars if I could! They claim their top brand is King Hickory, but what I got was poor workmanship and damaged goods (all 3 pieces were damaged). Still fighting with them to make it right!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
