I just had the BEST experience at Steinhafels! Went in looking for a nice couch on clearance and the sales lady, Goa Kia, directed me right to the great selection and asked a few questions and I drove away 20 minutes later with a beautiful new couch, without spending more than planned, and no pressure. So impressed!!
Delivery was okay. When the person came to set up the bed frame, he broke it. And he couldn't fix it, so an appointment was set up for a much later date. This is unsatisfactory work that was done, and my husband was able to fix the damage himself. And we can't even get any refund or discount or a new bed frame that is not broken. Customer service is slow and unsatisfactory. There was barely any help or support. Terrible experience and definitely do not recommend.
Shopping experience was great, very easy.
