Tim was very professional. We came in just starting to look at sofa options, since my husband and I have very different priorities. Tim was available, but not at all pushy. He provided relevant information before we asked the question. He did a great job of reading us and responding to that. We ended up agreeing on the perfect sofa for us.

Employees are always nice and helpful. The store always has a great variety of furniture and accessories.
We were searching for two swivel rocker recliners that were smaller than the typical cushy and bulky ones. And, we were not interested in powered units. Despite having a very nice selection at Steinhafels in Menomonee Falls, we were just about to give up when Tim found a faux leather one that fit our wants. Absolutely perfect pick up at the warehouse the following day. No wait. Biggest issue is disposal of the shipping cardboard and styrofoam. Overall A+
