It's always a pleasant experience shopping at Steinhafel. The value and quality of the furniture is excellent. The customer service is excellent as well, very knowledgeable and patient.
We were approached by Dylan K as soon as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the mattress that was best for our needs. He was very patient and gave us time to try several options. A great experience overall!!
My salesman CRAIG was an absolute gentleman and more than a big help. I would recommend him and the store to anyone and everyone.
So far, great. Just need delivery now, hope that goes well. Then it will be a 5 star. Delivery was awesome. HOWEVER, in the house for less than 10 days and the wiring pulled out of the remote box. No abuse. Just bad part. 10 days for a service tech to show up. NOT Happy
