Hands down the best massage I have even received. I do a lot of running and leading up to my marathon, Pirrenee was amazing. You really have to book in and see for yourself, but definitely the best of the best.
Pirrenee is very experienced understanding the body’s anatomy and how each muscle affects the other this greatly helps with how you feel after your sports massage

Sheena has an extensive knowledge of the the muscle groups of the body and how they co-ordinate and interact. Sheena is able to utilise this skill set to apply massage therapy to release tension and restore flow. She is able to adjust the pressure at anytime during treatment to suit your particular comfort level.
