Pirrenee is excellent. As I started getting into running with a desk job she pinpointed my hip and low back issues straight away, explained the cause, and gave me practical exercises to do at home. Woke up the next day with zero hip tension for the first time in weeks, and she followed up by text to check in. Highly recommend this place!!
