Absolute lifesaver of a shop! Jeremy provided incredible customer service, helping me sort out my bike right in the middle of a bike touring trip. They let me store my bike at the shop when I didn't have a place to store it overnight. They have high quality products too. You can tell this place is well-run with solid management. Highly recommended for any cyclist!
meant to write this sooner, but i was on a bike trip last fall and right after we left hudson several bolts had fallen off my rack and i didn't have spares. although the usual bike person wasn't working at steiner's that day, the gentleman who was there kindly gave me a few of the bolts off one of the showroom bikes so we could continue the ride. it totally saved the rest of the trip and whenever i'm next in hudson i'll definitely be stopping by for any biking needs (-:
Service was prompt, professional and personable! Thank you!
