My husband and I have bought several bikes from Steiner’s over the past several years. We are always extremely happy with the bikes, but it’s the service that is worth a huge shout out! This month, my new electric bike had a recall. Bryce ended up picking up 3 bikes, doing the recall and getting everything ready for spring. He then returned them to my home! I had my new boots custom fit at the Valatie store and needed a few tweaks after my first use. Susan was amazing. A great listener and great at what she does. I had 3 days of pain free and comfortable shredding at Sugarbush abd Killington. Thank you!!!
