My attorney has not been communicating with me or responding to my messages and requests in a reasonable time frame. Seeking to remedy debt, I initially sought the services of a debt consolidation company. Depending on what state you live in, for some, this could be a viable option and avoid filing for bankruptcy. Attorney Erik K*** was quite impressive in his understanding of my situation. Extremely knowlegable but caring also. Made great decision to wait until a keydate before we took any actions.
This is a bad attorney for bankruptcy. He held up for 6 months and then told me and accuse me of lying. Ease do not use this man!! He is verbally abusive and deceptive. Never returns calls unless he is confronted. Bad practice!!!!
The attorney I spoke with, Erik K***, was so personable, so easy to talk to which I did at length. He had compassion for me and understanding of how I got to the place where I need to file bankruptcy. Mr. Eric Steiner is a 5-star attorney. My husband and I were very pleased with the job he did for us and would recommend his law practice to anyone that needs bankruptcy advice.
