I give this dentistry 4 stars because I was treated (by the medical team) with kid gloves. They explained everything they were going to do. Asked me numerous times if I was comfortable. They took great care of me. I love the big window in the exam rooms and the t.v's in every room (gives you something to focus on when being worked on lol). The office personnel could use a little help. They refered me to someone but did not know directions or address. A little miss communication a few times. Best teeth cleaning I've had in years. My teeth look shiny and white. Shea did an excellent job and I barely felt a thing. Everyone was very friendly. I liked being able to insert my own medical information at check-in as sometimes I feel information is lost in translation. I'm very satisfied.
I have an excellent Dentist Hygienist. She is very professional, kind, and gentle when cleaning your teeth. The atmosphere in the office is very relaxing and calm. I would highly recommend Troutman Family Dentistry. Farewell Dr. Troutman, enjoy your retirement and make sure you enjoy every moment of retirement because you deserve it.

Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Every dental hygienists (Casey this visit) do a great job as well. I have lived in many places and Troutman Family Dentistry has been the best facility for my dental care!
Shea is a super Hygienist (gentle & thorough). The front staff are all very friendly as well as keeping a clean and inviting office. I was referred to them by a colleague and feel good about referring others. My visit was quick and easy just like I like it.
Always great to see "Doc" and staff. They always take good care of me! Plus he cuts up with me...lol.
Dr. Troutman did a phenomenal job of repairing my front tooth. I didn't feel any pain at all. The bonus is that he made my tooth look so much better that I am now confident to smile in pictures!
