Always nice, professional service!!!
I was there for a cleaning and every thing was fine except I had to wait a good while for the dentist to check me.. He came in, didn't speak to me, just talked to the hygenist about some wedding the whole time he was checking me. I guess this is the way they do things these days. The Hygenist was great!
The staff is very professional with excellent care and concerns for the patient. They made me feel comfortable and really cared for my dental health. I was offered different option after my exam that were explained to me in a manner that I could understand. I would highly recommend Troutman Family Dentistry to anyone. I feel much better about my dental health since I have been going there.
I am never happy about going to the dentist, but the nice people at Troutman Dentistry make the experience as easy as possible. I was only there for a cleaning and a quick check, but it went smoothly and I was on my way in no time.
