The worse experience ever!! I will never buy another thing from this furniture store. Worst customer service. I ordered a sofa in November and received it in February and half of the couch was in a different color . I asked for my money 4 times and they wouldn’t refund my money. Had to wait another moth. The couch was expensive and the quality is horrible. Very dissatisfied!!
Very disappointed with these guys. For a small family owned business they do not care about their customers. My family and I have purchased so much from them over the years but now found out how shady they are. Won't do business with them again.
Just received my furniture today from Steinberg’s-I am over the moon with it! Leslie was great with helping me choose a fabric-there are tons to decide from. I bought from here because I know they stand behind the quality of what they offer. There are quite a lot of different brands they carry with plenty of beautiful fabric swatches to look at. Best furniture store in the IV! We just upgraded mattresses and with all the new technology and options available, they made sure to explain all the differences and get us in the right mattress and right size. King all the way! Delivery was scheduled and prompt snd the delivery guys were professional. If you haven’t been, there’s a huge selection through 3 large showrooms, and they are a local family business!
