I went in with an idea of what I wanted and Jessica took it from there! She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and did I mention so much fun? I had such a great experience. I’ve been a Steinberg’s customer for many years, but Jessica took my experience to the next level. I can’t recommend her enough! I left with a quote and a plan to purchase later this week.
We needed a new bed that gave us storage space underneath and a low profile for an aging pet. Did I mention that we have a tiny bedroom? Jessica helped us find the perfect - and I do mean PERFECT! - solution without spending a bundle, and I didn't even have to leave home! Every piece of furniture in our house has come from Steinberg's, and from the couches to the TV table, we couldn't be happier with the quality, comfort, and service that truly goes above and beyond.
5 stars for Kristi, I called steinbergs and she worked with me over the course of several weeks to custom order a few pieces to add to a Daniels Amish collection I have at my house. She was kind, responsive to my questions, and helped me match woods and stains. I felt valued as a customer by her and everyone I came into contact with. Friendly people, great experience! Go see Kristi and she'll take care of you.
We are first timers to Steinberg's Furniture and all we can say is "Wow"! The quality and customer service is top notch! My friend and I were running late, we came in 20 minutes before closing and the owners were so lovely and we didn't feel rushed. A huge "thank you" to Miss Kristi!!! Kristi was very kind, patient, and didn't act like a used car saleswoman!!! Steinberg's is definitely worth taking a peek! Happy Hoidays everyone!!!
