This credit union is totally useless. I would suggest new customers never ever had mortgage with this institution because they can never explain you briefly whats going on with your account if you have any questions. I have mortgage here don’t know what they are doing with the payments that they are deducting from my account because my loan amount is still same. They don’t follow any criteria to deduct the payments sometimes they send the full payment to interest and sometimes just $250 to principle out of $3000 thats ridicu... read more
