My wife and I reached out to the agent (agent was SCU employee) of a condo we were thinking of purchasing. We didn’t hear back from this agent for 5 days. We didn’t get the opportunity to make a deposit on the property due to not getting information in a timely manner. So I have a few points to touch on here. First, I have read every single Google maps review of all 3 SCU bank branches. I can relate to most of the good and bad experiences that reviewers have shared going back as far as the last 8-10 years. Not a safe bank, they always have security breaches and won't cover you if you money gets stolen.
