not good. it is standard procedure to do background checks when you are in a family case, I asked Mitch to do a background check multiple times on the woman that is residing with my son and I hired Mitch back in 2019. ⚠️ Just here to take your money. I been in a custody dispute involving this firm since 2019. I recently found out that the woman living with my son (step-mom) has a child abuse charge and it’s involving her own daughter whom she doesn’t have custody of. I had asked in the past for the firm to pull her criminal record they failed to do it, why am I finding out years later? This could have been a good add to my civil case in the past.
