Food is terrible. When I tried to cancel my membership they immediately threatened small claims court and collections. I was never offered a month-to-month option — they now claim I signed a two-year contract that was never properly explained to me. They pressure people and then use legal threats when you want out. Everything about Brookside feels dishonest and disgusting. I would never recommend anyone sign up here.
Beautiful location.
Not particularly fond of country clubs. An Agri-center would have been a much better land use. The whole idea of golf course is antiquated and a terrible land use.
Always like the course layout. Course was in good shape except for the greens, which were very slow. Apparently, greens were punched a few weeks ago and recently sand was added. Never have seen them so slow.
Only went to visit to buy a stand up desk from a person living there and it looked incredible and super safe. Obviously a gated community but was very clean and kept well maintained.
