My sister purchased a gift card from Steffen for me for Christmas a few years ago. I was excited to get some good family pics with my sons and I. I began messaging Steffen to set something up. To say he was less than responsive is an understatement. Weeks of little response turned into months. Then the excuses started. Steffen worked with us for our engagement pictures & our wedding & did AMAZING at both! We are a little more country than some of his usual subjects but he had no problem capturing our personalities as well as our dogs & horses. He is super easy to work with & his creativity made our photos feel much more personal instead of cookie cutter engagement/wedding/couples photos. Thanks so much, Steffen! We have always had great experiences with Steffen from family pictures to maternity to now our little guy. He came to our home and captured the realness of our everyday lives and didn’t bat an eye when we asked to try and get pictures with our crazy dogs. We can’t wait to schedule our next rounds of pictures and see how much more our family has grown.

Steffen is the best to work with! I love how he’s always able to capture gorgeous quality pictures but still maintain a casual, effortless feel that doesn’t seem staged or unnatural. He’s been doing our family pictures for years, and I can’t imagine using anyone else. I just love looking back at all our pictures from him and seeing how well he captures our growing family.
