He was very rude to me. I had asked him a question over the phone just for something simple that I was confused about. He decided to reject to answer my question and hung-up on me. Then when I called back thinking we gotten cut off before making that assumption he didn't pick-up. Then my assumption was true. He had definatly hung-up on me. He is the rudest ever. I wouldn't require anyone to use this tax service.
