My Mom is a resident at Village on the St. Clair. I don't know where to begin. The state of these so called 'retirement homes' and the way in which our seniors are treated which borders on abuse must be dealt with! The home is running out of food, made to wait over an hour for food, cold dinners, new staff constantly, powdered potatoes, left in rooms for over a day with no one checking on her!
