The only thing Steellocker is able to do is charge your credit card. They do not ship product or answer phones calls, messages, emails, etc.

DO not order form this site! Ordered 3 pair of softball pants 10 days ago. Paid 2 day shipping. Money was taken out of my account right away but I still have not received my pants. Costumer service is horrible. Called and emailed with no response.

I ordered 2 wristbands. One could not be used due to the fact that it was sent to me with no cover. It was not checked by quality control, nor was there any signature by the "product checked by" line. Impossible to get an answer through email or by phone. I mailed the inferior product to get a refund, and I've heard nothing. Sadly, I'm now without a product, without a refund, and I paid expensive postage for inferior product that was not useable.

Placed an order for a jersey and they sent me the wrong brand telling me that they both fit the same not knowing i have the same jersey in another color. I tried contacting customer service about an exchange/refund but they never got back to me, its been a month! please stay away
