Dealing with Corey at Steelhead Outdoors has been a pleasure. He was very responsive, patient & honest with me as I had many questions! In the end, I decided to go with 2 Nomad 38s. Corey arranged for delivery of the pallets into my garage. It was apparent much care was taken in designing the packaging. Bought one of their pistol safes to keep in my car. Lost one of my keys, was able to call them and order a replacement lock. The guys that helped me were awesome, and asked for any input i had on their products. Their customer service was top notch. Also very impressed with their stuff, and its usa made to boot!
Corey was my point of contact with Steelhead Outdoors and he did an excellent job with communications and instructions! Very impressive quality! Every bolt lined up perfectly, safe squared up by it's self during assembly! I am an average sized 65 year old man and I assembled the NOMAD 32 safe by myself. I plan on purchasing another NOMAD 32 in the near future.
