My experience with Corey and steelhead outdoors was top-notch. Customer service was unmatched. He worked with me through several things to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was quick to respond. Make sure I got the shipping needs. I needed a product arrived in incredible condition packed with care. Once I got it into the house, assembly was easy. Everything was exactly as it should be and I’m very happy with my product. Put 100% recommend any of their safes in the future or any of their products.
Great customer service!! Had a slight issue, which was extremely quickly and conveniently addressed by Corey. I bought a pistol case, solid product! Will recommend!
Dealing with Corey at Steelhead Outdoors has been a pleasure. He was very responsive, patient & honest with me as I had many questions! In the end, I decided to go with 2 Nomad 38s. Corey arranged for delivery of the pallets into my garage. It was apparent much care was taken in designing the packaging. With assistance from my daughter & son-in-law, the pieces were moved up 5 steps to the main floor level of my home, then down into the basement. Assembly was straight forward without issue. Bought one of their pistol safes to keep in my car. Lost one of my keys, was able to call them and order a replacement lock. The guys that helped me were awesome, and asked for any input i had on their products. Their customer service was top notch. Also very impressed with their stuff, and its usa made to boot!
Corey was my point of contact with Steelhead Outdoors and he did an excellent job with communications and instructions! Very impressive quality! Every bolt lined up perfectly, safe squared up by it's self during assembly! I am an average sized 65 year old man and I assembled the NOMAD 32 safe by myself. I plan on purchasing another NOMAD 32 in the near future.
