Our prior CPA retired, and we did not find out until just before we needed an extension. We found Steele & Associates in a google search and like what we saw on their web and social pages. So we asked them to file our extension last minute, and they got it done. Fast forward: once we got all our ducks together they were very easy to work with and had great advise for us moving forward. We have our new CPA and look forward to a long relationship!
Where to begin.. This man was hired to do our business taxes, of which, he was given months before the filing date. He refused to contact us, avoided answering our calls or returning our emails etc. The day the taxes where due he said we owed a much larger sum than we did (9k more). He provided zero explanations, wouldn't meet with us, and demanded we write a check or he wouldnt file them.
