They are not good at responding to an online or voicemail call to set up an appt. My son has been waiting 3 weeks to get a response back

Started seeing a therapist at this wellness group years ago because I was going through a tough time and was able to find the tools I needed to cope with an unbiased listener and licensed professional. Once I worked through what initially brought me to seek therapy, I continued because I found such clarity specifically with healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, and overall wellness. I would give Steel Valley Wellness Group 10 stars if I could.

Emailed during a time my insurance was in transition. Understandable that it was difficult to schedule an appointment but whomever I was emailing was not very personable or helpful. Once I finally did figure out that I would not be able to make an appointment until the following month, I waited and emailed back when I was able to make an appointment. I still have no response. Not a helpful place when looking to receive help, will not be inquiring again.
