I recently received a letter from the IRS stating there were false claims made on my tax return. I was filed as self-employed even though I am not and did not provide any business information. I am now being told I owe money back because of this. Please review your return carefully before signing I have seen they have done the same thing to multiple people.

I was referred here from a family member. I have filed with them and it has been over two months but have not received my refund and when I try to reach out to them about following up with my refund, I am never able to reach anyone. Once, I made an appointment with them about this, but suddenly 30 minutes before the appointment, it was suddenly canceled. I have asked to have someone reach out to me but still no one has done so once. This business to me is very unprofessional and would not ever recommend to anyone.
