Owner please contact me. I’ve been trying to contact you or your staff since February, 2025 to present in person, via telephone, via email and have been unsuccessful. I need a copy of my 2024 return. Thank you in advance
I was referred here from a family member. I have filed with them and it has been over two months but have not received my refund and when I try to reach out to them about following up with my refund, I am never able to reach anyone. Once, I made an appointment with them about this, but suddenly 30 minutes before the appointment, it was suddenly canceled. I have asked to have someone reach out to me but still no one has done so once. This business to me is very unprofessional and would not ever recommend to anyone.

Been going to Elva at Steel Taxes to do my taxes for over 5 years! She’s the best and always takes care of me and make sure everything is correct and in order. Update as of 5/28/2024 I was recently audited by the IRS and i am having to owe them money. Not sure what information was sent by Elva to the IRS but something didn’t add up correctly bcus why do i owe the IRS when i provided the same information to her as i did to them when requested?
