Shotty quality planing and they didn’t honor their quote. Burn marks all over my table that took hours to sand out. They doubled the price after I left my table in their possession, leaving me no choice but to pay up. Edit: If you genuinely want to rectify this issue rather than just save face, you could have called me. You should have my phone number on hand. Since joining Steel & Timber last year I've been able to meet so many great local woodworkers and chat about projects and the builds they have coming up. It's been great to get behind the scenes look at all the work that goes into the sourcing, sawmilling and kiln-drying of all the lumber, and it's really cool when we get to see photos of the projects people have done with it. It brings it full circle in a great way
Excellent store. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge. Excellent selection of high quality products. Their kiln drying service and CNC server are excellent. Glad to have found them.
