Good selection of accessories but poor customer service. I've picked gear up 3 times in the last year hear (because they were the only local shop that had what I was looking for) and all 3 times it felt like walking into a frat house. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help, when I asked product questions they seemed annoyed. One thing they definitely don't carry is staff personality. If you're new to cycling and want friendly help, go somewhere else.

Excellent after sales support! I was hesitant about taking my shorts in for a warranty claim, but Michael assured me he couldn’t determine 100% if they would be covered but he would contact the manufacturer. I called after a couple of weeks and another team member answered my call. She assured me that if Michael hadn’t contacted me, then he hadn’t received a response. You have to hear this story. Last Friday night, I purchased a POC helmet online from Steed Cycle's website. The POC Tectal was on sale for $134. The next day, my wife and I went to Steed Cycle to pick it up. I liked the helmet, but it wasn’t MIPS. So, I asked Ben, the employee assisting me, if I could exchange it for the MIPS version, even though it wasn’t on sale. I ended up going for it anyway.
