After a year and a half of fighting with a credit card company that put a past due notice on my credit reports (fraud-not me), I hired this law firm to correct. The contingent agreement meant little risk on my part. I was kept informed of their progress during this process. After the credit card company refused to correct the error, a lawsuit was filed.
