I would not reccomend for a home loan. I used Stearns because my realtor reccomended them and they provided me a higher loan than my bank but I wish I hadn't used them. Seems like there is only 1 person of contact (Chad Horkan) who barely ever answers and doesn't respond to important messages or emails. I also get charged $12 each and every single time to call in my mortgage payment ON TIME.! Complete BS 11/23/20 Even more trash, sold my loan to another bank in Texas! Hopefully they will be easier to deal with. Good riddance... read more
