This bank is an absolute criminal enterprise. I got a 30,000 loan been paying all year 1,175.00 per month now there saying I still owe more than 30,000 how is that possible.
I appreciate the staff for their knowledge and good attitudes.
Not happy with this bank at all they will close of your account if you ask some stuff. I do not recommend ever banking with them made it very difficult I can't reopen my account their phone app sucks. Staff is friendly yes but the manager no not really just didn't listen to what I asked and decided to close my account. So if you are reading this management if I where you I would think about getting a new career that does not involve banking or handling peoples money.
Absolutely the best everyday banking experience in North Branch. The staff are friendly and after a couple transactions remember who you are. We switched to Stearns bank after being treated rudely at the bank across the street.
Members only bank, these people will not break any bills for change if your not a member. Absolutely ridiculous staff and policy. A disgrace to banking institutions.
