It’s getting more expensive and the place is not always in good conditions, jacuzzi has a lots of chlorine and hurt the eyes and gets people dizzy, the steam room sometimes is out of order and the place sometimes is smelly, they should improve that. The staff sometimes is cranky.. :(

The worst place I’ve ever been to. Not even a supply of lube like F212 - only a vending machine where you have to pay $25 for enough lube for a month when you’re travelling. And the staff and clientele were blah. I won’t go back. Yuck!

Didn't know lights out Thursday's night could be so much fun! They did renovation, it smells better now, wet room and dry sauna are finally hot. Great helpful staff. Busy on weekend nights past 9 pm hence price $34 for a standard room.

Very clean and staff are good with maintaining the space. However, the staff isn't very friendly. I have been to other bathhouses in different cities and you feel welcome going there, not the case here. *Update: since leaving this review, I went again with the hopes of having a different experience. The front desk patron was weirdly rude and short with me, but not to my partner, who is mixed race, nor was he to the three Spanish-speaking patrons in front of me... this felt like some weird discrimination, as it happened both ... read more
