Blew a tire at the bike park and the guys totally took care of me. Manager was super nice and helpful.
Very sad experience with this company. There were multiple broken legs in the Denver Pediatric Hospital, because Sheraton Steamboat Ski Rentals was putting the binding on too tight, and the skis would not pop off. When I called to let the rental company know of our circumstances in the hopes of helping future skiers, the manager hung up on me. It makes me sad for those that might endure what we have because of improper fittings.
I stayed at the Sheraton Villas directly above this rental shop and they offer 20% discount , so this is the most convenient place to rent. I’ve rented here before and they have me saved in their system. I went by early Thursday morning and there was a large crowd. I chose to go by a little bit later to avoid the crowd, but even at 11:30 there was still a line of about.8 people . I paid for two days of Premium ski package, which totalled $136 after my discount. Needed a quick pharmacy stop but this place has a little section of over the counter stuff where I got ibuprofen. Convenient and not too expensive for some advil
If I could leave 1 star review I would. I bought old rental bindings from them for about $200 a couple weeks ago(they were 40% off). They snapped on me today and completely broke so I go back in and ask for a refund/discount on a new pair. The lady said that’s too bad and that I should go to powder tools and see what they could do. (There’s nothing that can be done the were unrepairable). Do NOT go here, horrible customer service and you will be be off going anywhere but here. Thank me later!
