Excellent service all around, from making our reservation, upon arrival, and departure. Staff were excellent. Drivers are punctual and message you with updates. Drivers are also a wealth of knowledge regarding the area. Will use them again.
So when you get to the airport, they made me wait 55 minutes for a shuttle before I could even get a ride into town very bad customer service and then Made me get picked up 3.5 hours before flight then get to airport bar and restaurant closed Waste of my time
This is a horrible company with predatory policies. AVOID BOOKING AT ALL COSTS. I was booked on a shuttle more than 4 hours before my flight receiving text confirmation of my shuttle's departure the morning before my flight. After waiting on hold I was notified that not only could I not change shuttles, but it was too late for me to even receive credit with this junk corrupt company despite their notifying me of my shuttle departure later than the cancellation window.
They've been promising a refund check for two months now, and I still haven't received it.
